Returns

Any products once received will not be eligible for returns/refunds, unless the product received is a different product than what was ordered, or the product is broken, damaged or defective.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed and in original conditions with tag attached

Exchange

Product with size (Ex. Clothing & Shoes) attributes are available for exchange in case of size issues.

Note: In case of return/exchange, shipping charges are to be bared by the customer.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate an exchange/replacement /or refund

REFUND PROCESS

In case a refund is approved the mode of your refund to be processed depends on your original payment method. If you have paid by credit/debit card/internet banking refund will be sent to the respective thanks within 5 to 7 business days

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Refunds

The refund process is dependent on your original payment method. If your payment was made using a credit/debit card or internet banking, the refund will be processed back to the respective bank within 5 to 7 business days. Q: I want to cancel my order

A: If the product has not been shipped, you may cancel the order (after deduction of payment processing charges, if any). However, once the order has been shipped, any request for cancellation shall incur two-way return shipping cost, which shall be additionally borne by you.

Q: Once I place an order, can I get the size/colour changed?

A: Yes, if your order has not been shipped, you may request for a change in size/colour without any charges. However, once the order has been shipped, any request for changes shall incur return & replacement shipping cost which shall be borne by you and we will not refund it.
